Janet Love

Mrs. Janet Love brings over 35 years of dedicated educational experience and leadership to her role as Assistant Principal at Citrus High School. Her journey in education began in 1990 and spans classroom teaching, instructional support, and administrative roles across public school systems in Florida, Michigan, and Ohio. Most recently, she served six years as a school administrator for Columbus City Schools before returning home to Citrus County Schools in 2022.

As a proud Citrus High School alumna, Mrs. Love is thrilled to serve her alma mater. She works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff every day to foster academic excellence, drive student success, and guide every student on their personal path toward graduation.

Grounded in her deep personal and professional roots as a CHS graduate, Mrs. Love is passionate about empowering the next generation, building strong school-community partnerships, and ensuring that every Hurricane graduate leaves equipped with the skills, confidence, and determination needed for college, career, and lifelong achievement.
